Using proprietary light field technology, the Looking Glass produces up to 100 views of a single 3D scene simultaneously for multiple viewers at once. What’s in the box?

Your Looking Glass Portrait arrives in a box with the display (and stand), an HDMI cable, a USB-C cable, a power adapter, a microfibre cloth, and a set of instructions to guide you through the setup process. The device also ships pre-loaded with a few dozen demos.

What computer will I need to run it?

For most of our software suite, a Windows PC with a dedicated graphics card or a M1 / M2 Mac will work best.

Can it display static 3D images as well as animated 3D sequences?

Yes! It can display 3D images and animations all running in real-time at up to 60fps. Interactivity is limited to desktop mode but you can sync both still and video 3D holographic content to be viewed in standalone mode.

Can I run it standalone without it connected to a computer?

Yes! Looking Glass Portrait ships with an embedded Raspberry Pi4 that allows it to playback hours of looped holographic content on your desk, shelf or even your wall.

Does it come with a battery?

No. It doesn’t ship with an included battery but you can power them with 5V 3.0A battery packs that deliver power using a USB-C port.
